Gulf Oil, LLC. (“Gulf”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Gulf collects, uses, discloses and safeguards the Personal Information you provide on the Gulf website and through or in connection with our mobile application, Gulf Pay (the “Sites”), as well as information collected when you otherwise communicate or interact with Gulf.
If you do not understand, or if you have questions about this Policy, please contact us before using, or continuing to use, our Sites or services.
Personal Information We Collect
Each time you visit the Sites, we collect “Personal Information”. This is certain types of information from and about you that reasonably identifies you or your device or is reasonably associated with you.
In the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information:
1. Identifiers, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address, birthdate, and telephone number.
2. Geolocation data.
3. Internet/Network activity, such as IP address, browsing history, and the actions you take within the Sites.
4. Commercial information, such as products or services purchased.
5. Sensitive Information, which consists of your precise geolocation data when you use the app. You can turn off location services for the Gulf Pay app on your mobile phone setting.
We collect your Personal Information from different sources, including you, and from various places, such as the Gulf website and the Gulf Pay app.
From you - We collect Personal Information when you contact us, submit information on our website or register for Gulf Pay including first and last name, email address, phone number and birth date.
Other Sources - We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources. In some cases, we may receive cookie information and contact information about you from other source, such as advertising networks, data analytics providers, or social networks. We use this information to advertise to you, obtain information about how you are using our Site and Services, and for other purposes described in this Policy.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use your Personal Information to operate our online tools, improve our products and services, communicate with you, and target our marking
• Operate our online tools - Gulf uses your Personal Information and other information we collect to operate, maintain and improve the Sites and deliver the services you have requested.
• Improve our products and services - Gulf keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within the Sites, to determine what Gulf services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Gulf to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. Gulf may also use your information to contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or potential new services that may be offered.
• Communicate with you - Gulf uses your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available from Gulf and its affiliates, including to notify you of limited-edition offers or promotions, respond to your communications with Gulf.
• Deliver relevant advertising - We issue Gulf-related targeted advertisements through cookies, pixels, and web beacons when you access or use the Sites.
We do this to provide you with advertising that we believe may be relevant for you and improve our own products and services, including the functionality and performance of the Sites. We do not use your sensitive Personal Information for any reason other than those permitted by California Civil Code section 1798.121(a) and the related regulations. We also do not use your Personal Information in any solely automated process to make decisions that could result in a legal or significant effect on you.
How We Disclose the Information We Collect
We disclose Personal Information to companies who provide us services, such as market research, customer support, or process payments. Additionally, in the last 12 months we have disclosed Personal Information to analytics partners and third-party advertisers to provide you more relevant advertising. Those partners can use the data for their own purposes. We only provide them identifiers (such as your IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity information (such as what pages you interacted with on the Site or other details collected by Cookies). Some states consider this practice as “selling” your Personal Information or using it for targeted advertising (also known as “sharing” data in California).
Gulf may disclose your Personal Information to other entities for additional purposes. For example, we may disclose your Personal Information to comply with laws or other legal process, or as necessary as part of a legal action, or security investigation with law enforcement or other governmental organization.
Gulf does not sell, trade, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
You have options about whether you wish to receive communications; please log into either the Gulf communications preference center on the Gulf App settings at any time to view and exercise your communications choices. You may also unsubscribe from future electronic communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of an e-mail sent to you.
We may disclose non- Personal Information obtained from our varying kinds of cookies with vendors, advertisers and others. You can accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Gulf services or Sites you visit.
Links To Third-Party Sites
Our Sites may contain links to other websites. Gulf encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Our Sites so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and disclose your information. Gulf is not responsible for the privacy statements, security or other content on websites outside of the Gulf Sites.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If your child may have provided us with Personal Information, you can contact us at privacy@gulfoil.com, and we will delete the information.
Security Of Your Personal Information
Gulf uses security techniques on the Sites to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you. When Personal Information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption. Although Gulf endeavors to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us.
Your Data Rights
You may have various rights concerning your Personal Information as it pertains to the Sites if you are a resident of:

• Nebraska
• Texas
These rights may include:
• Access – You can request that we confirm we have your Personal Information and provide you access to such information. You can also request that we provide you a copy of your Personal Information.
• Correct – You can request to we correct any Personal Information that we have about you. You are able to make many of these changes yourself in the Gulf Pay, such as updating a misspelt name or incorrect birthdate.
• Delete – You can request that we delete your Personal Information.
• Opt Out – You can request that we do not sell your Personal Information or use it for targeted advertising based on your activity across websites (a concept also known as “sharing”).

We will promptly consider your request and provide you a response. We safeguard your information by requiring you verify your identity before we fulfil your request. We generally do so by comparing the information you provide us against our records.
Please be advised that if you have a Gulf Pay account, a request to delete your data will result in deletion and deactivation of your account. Such action will result in permanent deletion of your Gulf Pay account and forfeiture of any active offers. You can also delete your account by selecting “Delete Account” under your account profile in the App.
Subject to applicable law, we will not discriminate against you because of your exercise of any of the above rights, or any other rights under law. We may, however, charge different prices or rates, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to us by your Personal Information.
