OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who reside in the following New England locations: Fairfield County Connecticut, New York and New Jersey (the "Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors and agents, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and/or spouses), regardless of where they live, and members of the same household (whether related or not), of Gulf and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents and advertising agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Providers") and of the Sterling Mets, L.P., the other MLB Entities, each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, or of MasterCard Worldwide or Barclays Bank, Delaware are not eligible to enter or win any prizes. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. Void outside of the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. To Enter: Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2009 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").

There are three (3) ways to enter:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2009 and received by July 3, 2009.
Limit one (1) entry per person or household per day regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries received from the same person or household on the same day will automatically be eliminated. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. For a copy of the official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Gulf Oil, "Mets VIP" Ticket Sweepstakes Official Rules, PO Box 241 Woburn, MA 01801. Requests for Official Rules must be received by June 30, 2009.

3. Prize Details:

Sponsor will advise winners of the date of the Game won in the prize notification materials.
Winners must be able to attend the Game on the date indicated in prize notification materials. If Winner is unavailable to attend the Game on the date selected by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. No substitutions or cash redemptions of prizes allowed. Taxes and all unspecified expenses relating to prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from the Game, concessions and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for and assume no liability for cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the Game, for any reason, and will not award an alternative prize in the event that the winner cannot attend a rescheduled game. If the Game is cancelled for any reason and not rescheduled, Sponsor, may, in its sole discretion, provide a prize of equal or greater value. Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the New York Mets, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. In the event the stadium tour portion of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize with no further obligation to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize winner.

4. Prize Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: At the end of the Promotion Period, the prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries during the Promotion Period. The potential prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Limit one (1) prize per household.

5. Publicity Release: Winners and guests grant to the Sweepstakes Providers, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees the right to use their name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

6. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

7. General Rules of Participation/Release of Liability: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby (a) releases and holds harmless, the Sweepstakes Providers and the MLB Entities from any injury, loss, damage, expense, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize; and (b) agrees not to pursue any right, claim or action against the Sweepstakes Providers and/or the MLB Entities in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or the use of any prize. Entries and other submitted materials become the property of the Sweepstakes Providers and will not be acknowledged or returned.

8. Internet: Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Winners' List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Gulf Oil, "Mets VIP" Ticket Sweepstakes Winners' List, PO Box 241 Woburn, MA 01801. Requests for Winners' List must be received by June 30, 2009.

10. Sponsor: The New York Mets VIP Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Gulf Oil Limited Partnership ("Gulf" or "Sponsor"), which has its principal place of business at 275 Washington Street, Newton, MA 02458.

The MLB Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way, and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
